Around 600 vehicles escorted to their destinations

goods coming to Nepal from SunauliBiratnagar / October 6: Police personnel have escorted some 600 vehicles to their respective destinations.

According to the District Police Office, Morang, security personnel in Sunsari have been given the responsibility to take the 293 vehicles including 79 that were stationed at Biratnagar-based Rani Customs to their destination from Morang district.

Of them, 14 were diesel carrying vehicles, 11 petrol carrying vehicles, two gas bullets and others were goods-loaded vehicles, said Deputy Superintendent of Police, Pramod Kharel. The vehicles had entered at the premises of the Customs Office on Monday.

Similarly, Sunsari police has escorted 297 passenger buses to their respective destinations. Of late India has been releasing some goods to Nepal and goods are sent to respective destinations with security as some tarai based political parties have been organizing strike and obstructing free movement of people and goods violating people’s fundamental rights.

The tarai based political parties have been organizing strike in different parts of the country dancing at the tune of India. RSS
