First National T-20 Inter-Club Cricket Tournament from January 12

Cricket groundKathmandu / January 9: The First National Twenty-20 Youth Inter-Club Cricket Tournament is taking place here from January 12 to 19.

The Youth Association Nepal is organising the tournament. Sixteen teams from Kathmandu Valley, including the Nepal Army Club and Kaski, Makawanpur, Nuwakot, among other districts are taking part in the tournament.

Chief of the YAN’s Sports Department, Beg Bahadur Pandey announced in a press conference here on Friday that the winners of the tournament will get Rs 111,111 and a trophy and the first runner-up team Rs 51,111 and trophy.

The matches would be held on knockout basis. The tournament will take place at the Tribhuvan University cricket ground and the Pulchowk Engineering Campus ground. RSS
