UDMF submits Memo to NHRC for fair investigation on Madhes incidents

NHRCKathmandu / January 25: The United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) has submitted a memorandum to the National Human Rights Commission, demanding fair investigation on the incidents occurred in Madhes and the release of the facts.

The UDMF submitted the memorandum to NHRC Chairman Anup Raj Sharma on Sunday and demanded fair investigation on the incidents at Bhardaha, Rajbiraj, Janakpur, Jaleshwor, Gaur, Kalaiya, Birjung, Belhiya, Rangeli and Dianiya.

Vice-Chairman of Tarai Madhes Loktantrik Party, Hridayesh Tripahti; Co-Chairman of Sadbhavana Party, Laxman Lal Karna; senior leader of Tarai Madhes Sadbhavana Party, Ram Naresh Raya and Chief Whip of Federal Socialist Forum, Shiva Ji.

NHRC Chairman Sharma informed that the NHRC was conducting investigation and monitoring fairly. RSS
