Irrigation Minister directs officials to disseminate information in local languages

Bardibas / March 29: Minister for Irrigation Umesh Yadav has directed the government officials of the Province No 2 to disseminate the information in Maithali and Bhojpuri languages.
While speaking an interaction here after inspecting the Bighi Irrigation Project on Monday, Minister Yadav directed the officials of various government offices for the same.
Though the constitution has stated that all languages spoken in the country are national languages, they are yet to be used as official languages therefore, official information should be disseminated in local languages even for the conveniences of locals, he added. RSS
