HDNP-Nepal extends support for elderly home care service

Kathmandu / June 26: The Help for Desperate and Needy People (HDNP)-Nepal based in the US has extended assistance for the Himalayan Elderly Home in Balaju.
Lawmakers Rambir Manandhar and Bishal Bhattarai visited the elderly home and distributed a month’s food commodities including sacks of rice grains, pulses and sugar to the elderly citizens.
On the occasion, lawmaker Manandhar noted the shortage of drinking water in the elderly home and pledged to resolve it within the next three days.
HDNP-Nepal Chairperson Devi ‘David’ Acharya said the money was collected by sparing from their expenses. RSS
