Administration spurs vigilance on public university teachers

CTEVTChitwan / July 21: The local administration has increased vigilance on public university teachers who run for private educational institution merely signing daily attendance sheet.

The administration has tightened screw on university teachers serving with TU constituent colleges including Birendra multiple, Rampur Agriculture, School of Health Science of CTEVT and community schools who receive full-fledged regular salary from the government and put their professional efforts in private institutions.

The local administration has demanded the list of public university teachers and their timesheet from all concerned campuses after growing public complaint on the professional integrity of most of the university teachers.

There are 19 private and 46 community higher secondary schools along with 17 community campuses in the district. It may be noted that most of the private higher secondary schools here are being owned and operated by the university teachers of Bharatpur-based Birendra Multiple Campus. RSS
