Water dumped from Hoover Dam flows upward

July 23 : A visitor to the Hoover Dam in Nevada performed an amateur science experiment by dumping out a water bottle and watching the water flow upward.
The video, posted to Instagram by user @leslieh138, shows the woman standing atop the Hoover Dam and dumping a water bottle over the side of the structure.
The water from the bottle flies upward instead of dumping out toward the ground.
The woman said the wind hitting the bottom of the dam caused a strong enough updraft to prevent the water from falling. Upi.com
