All party consensus essential to amend constitution: leader koirala

Biratnagar / Sept 26: Nepali Congress leader Sujata Koirala has opined for holding discussions with all political parties regarding the constitution amendment process.

In a press meet organized by the Press Union Morang chapter here today, leader Koirala urged all to be serious to implement the constitution rather other minor issues.

She drew the attention of the senior leaders before working out to amendment the constitution as it might create more instability if it was done haphazardly.

Leader Koirala said that NC was forgetting the doctrine of nationality, democracy and socialism. She further deplored against the developing groupism in the party saying that it might be more challenging in the days ahead if it was not addressed in time. RSS
