Health Minister directs employees to ensure regular supply of medicines

Gagan ThapaBanepa / Jan 9: Minister for Health, Gagan Kumar Thapa, has directed the employees to ensure regular supply of medicines in Kavrepalanchowk.

At a programme organised by the District Health Office, Kavrepalanchowk, at Dhulikhel on Monday, Minister Thapa said that the health office should make arrangement of medicine as the Ministry has received complaints related to the same from Kavre district. He said, “Let’s make list of health post lacking medicines. Medicines will be supplied within 24 hours.”

Saying that vaccine worth Rs 5,000 is spent for each child in Nepal, the Health Minister said that additional vaccine can be given to the children.

On the occasion, he presented fully immunization certificate jointly to Local Development Officer, Tekraj Niraula, and District Health Chief Arjun Sapkota, of Kavrepalanchowk. RSS
