CNN Hero awardee Anuradha Koirala joins NC

Kathmandu / Nov 12: CNN Hero award winner and social worker Anuradha Koirala has joined the Nepali Congress.
She was welcomed to the party by Prime Minister and NC President Sher Bahadur Deuba amidst a function held here today.
Active in the campaign against women and girls trafficking since three decades in national and international arena, Koirala said that only NC could lead the economic growth and prosperity of the country for which she chose the party.
After the party entry, Koirala said that only Democracy can ensure the right for everyone and development of the country. RSS
