Pushpa Kamal Dahal’s son Prakash no more

Kathmandu / Nov 19: Former Prime Minister and CPN Maoist Centre Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal’s son Prakash Dahal has passed away in Kathmandu on Sunday morning, according to the hospital sources.

Prakash Dahal — secretary to his father CPN MC chair Dahal and also central Member of MC — was rushed to the Thapathali-based Norvic International Hospital at 5:30 am this morning, where he was pronounced dead upon reaching the hospital.

His heart has already stopped working since hours before admission to the hospital stated the Norvic doctors.

Meanwhile, his father has left for Kathmandu from Jhapa, via Nepal Army’s helicopter, where he was attending election campaign for the upcoming elections.

Further detail will be given once the family member of the deceased Dahal have arrived at the hospital” said Norvic Hospital.
