NOC hikes petrol, diesel by Rs 2 per liter

The Wider Image: Fuel prices around the worldKathmandu / Apr 02: Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC), the state oil monopoly, has hiked the price of petroleum products.

According to Birendra Goit, spokesperson, the State Oil monopoly increased the price of petrol and diesel by Rs 2 each per liter.

With the new price adjustment, petrol will now cost Rs 105 and diesel Rs 85 per liter. The new price will be effective from Tuesday.

The NOC decided to hike the price of petrol and diesel after the price of petroleum products went up in the international market.
