Indian PM’s visit to prove a milestone: Foreign Minister

pradeep-gyawaliJanakpur / May 7 : Foreign Minister Pradip Gyawali has expressed the confidence that the upcoming visit by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi would prove to be a milestone in terms of development of Nepal.

Talking to media persons at Janakpur airport on Monday, Minister Gyawali said that on the day of visit to Janakpur by the Indian PM, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and Indian PM Modi will jointly initiate two projects. They will be the Ayodhya Bus service and the Ramayan Circuit Project.

The two projects will be inaugurated from the Janaki temple premises. The Indian Prime Minister will be accorded a civil felicitation on behalf of Janakpur Sub-metropolis, Foreign Minister Gyawali said.

The Indian PM is scheduled to arrive here on May 9. He will be received by Minister for Defense Iswar Pokharel. On the same day, the Indian Prime Minister will perform pooja at the Janaki temple and receive the civic honour at the Bahrabigaha Rangabhoomi ground.

Considering the visit, security measures have been tightened across the sub-metropolis and the neighbourhood. RSS
