Naulin Sports Villa adds soft tennis and badminton courts

Naulin VillaKathmandu / May 8: Naulin Sports Villa, which has been running international lawn tennis court, has added soft tennis and badminton courts at the same premises.

Mayor of Budanilkantha Municipality Uddhav Kharel, Chairperson of Soft Tennis Association Binaya Bikram Shah, Chairperson of Nepal Badminton Association Ramji Bahadur Shrestha and Chairperson of ward number 8 of Budanilkantha Municipality Suman Tamang jointly inaugurated the court at the premises of Naulin Sports Villa situated at Sundarbasti Area of Budanilkantha Municipality-8.

Speaking at the inauguration program Mayor Kharel informed that the municipality is mulling to develop sports infrastructures based on public private partnership model. He further added that the municipality is mulling to develop one sports infrastructure in every ward.

Speaking at the program, Managing Director of the villa Kishor Thapa informed that the villa started soft tennis and badminton court for diversifying sports activities in the villa. He further added that he is motivated for expanding services at the villa for promoting sports for healthy living. He also informed that the villa is mulling to give additional facilities to its members. The villa recently organized sports camp for students who appeared their final examination. He further informed that the villa is also adding cricket academy in the near future.
