Temperature starts to plunge in Kathmandu

cold-weatherKathmandu / Oct 07: The Meteorological Forecasting Division on Sunday asserted that monsoon has made its exit and the temperature in Kathmandu can now be expected to plunge in the upcoming days.

According to MFD, Kathmandu today’s maximum temperature was recorded as 26-degree celcius and lowest as 13-degree celsius.

Meteorological Forecasting Division’s senior meteorologist Raju Pradhananga said at this time, the impact of westerly cold wind remains effective.

The Division has predicted light rain at one and two places of eastern and central -hilly regions. The remaining parts are expected to witness fair weather.

Likewise, the weather of eastern and central hilly regions are likely to be partly cloudy on Monday. RSS
