US-bound students on the rise

Kathmandu / Nov 15: The number of Nepali students going to the USA for higher education has increased this year as well.
According to the open doors report on international educational exchange, the number of Nepali students going to the US has increased by 15.3 per cent for the past three years.
“Nepal stands at 10th position among the 25 countries that send students to America, with 13,270 students going in the past three years”, says the report. As per the report, the number of foreign students in America has crossed one million. RSS
