Law and plan formulation major task this year: Chief Minister Pokhrel

Shankhar PokharelDang / Nov 28: Province 5 Chief Minister Shankar Pokhrel has said that the provincial government has forwarded the formulation of the basic laws and the periodic plans as the key task this year.

Addressing a press conference organized by Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ) Dang at Ghorahi today, he said 15 laws have been already passed by the provincial assembly and that many regulations and laws were on the process of making.

“Prosperity is impossible without sound plans; discussions are being held at present at the district level for the formulation of five-year plans. This task would also be completed within this year,” Chief Minister Pokhrel said, adding that the provincial government would carry out development works in a systematic manner by formulating sound plans.
