SC order to keep Kumari Temple in its original place

Supreme CourtKathmandu / Jan 4: The Supreme Court (SC) has issued directive to keep the Malla-era historical Kumari Temple in the place as it was and allow locals to offer worships there.

A divisional bench of justice duo, Tej Bahadur KC and Purswottam Bhandari, today directed to relocate the temple in its original place and make arrangements allowing public to offer prayers.

The apex court also directed to dismantle the structures constructed against the law and slapped action against the employees working in violation of law. RSS
