‘Israel ready to increase quotas for Nepali workers’

Labor, Foreign EmploymentKathmandu / Jan 15: The Israel government is likely to increase the number of quota for Nepali workers in Israel in near future.

During a meeting with Minister for Labour, Employment and Social Security Gokarna Bista at his office in Singh Durbar today, Israeli Ambassador to Nepal Benny Omer shared that the government was positive about it.

He also said, “Nepali workers were honest, hardworking and dutiful.” Majority of Nepali workers are employed as caregivers in Israel.

On the occasion, Minister Bista opined that the cooperation in agriculture, tourism and employment generation could be enhanced between the two countries. RSS
