PM Oli returns home from Singapore

Kathmandu / August 12: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has returned on Monday after his week-long treatment in Singapore.

Speaker of House of the Representatives Krishna Bahadur Mahara, Chairperson of the National Assembly Ganesh Prasad Timilsina, Deputy PM and Defense Minister Ishwor Pokharel and Nepal Communist Party leaders including Bamdev Gautam, Subash Chandra Nemwang reached the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) to welcome Oli.

He didn’t wish to talk to media persons present at the airport.

PM Oli had departed for Singapore on August 3 for his regular health check-up. According to Personal Secretariat of the Prime Minister, his health reports were quite satisfactory.

PM Oli underwent a kidney transplant in 2007.

PM’s spouse Radhika Shakya, political advisor Bishnu Rimal and personal physical Divya Shakya had accompanied the prime minister during his stay in Singapore.
