Kathmandu / Sept. 1: Minister for Education, Science and Technology Giriraj Mani Pokharel said on Sunday that the government is making preparations to set up well-equipped libraries at all local bodies.

Speaking at a program organized to mark 12th Library Day in the capital, Minister Pokharel said that his ministry has already prepared a master plan to this effect.
