NRNA launches 24-hour helpline to address problems of Non-resident Nepalis

Kathmandu / Apr. 12: The Non-resident Nepali Association (NRNA) has launched a 24-hour helpline aiming at addressing the problems facing the NRNs from today.

The helpline to be operated by the NRNA’s Kathmandu-based secretariat facilitates to solve the problems faced by any Nepali- student or worker abroad due to the COVID-19 global crisis.

They can dial up its help line’s mobile phone connections and share their problems. Similarly, access to helpline is guaranteed through Viber and What Apps.

According to NRNA Secretary Hem Raj Sharma, three contact numbers: 9841280005 (from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm), 9808312555 (from 5:00 pm to 12:00 midnight) and 9823458204 (from 12:00 midnight to 8:00 am) are available to have access to the helpline. Prior to this, the NRNA had launched a 24-hour health helpline in view of the COVID-19. RSS
