NAC repatriates 10,912 Nepalis from abroad

Kathmandu / July 12: Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) has repatriated a total of 10,912 Nepalis from different countries as per the established guidelines of evacuation.

The airlines in a statement on Sunday said they were brought to Nepal in the charter flights that were operated between the period of June 14 and July 12.

The national flag carrier had operated 58 charter flights to destinations like Dubai, Doha, Kuala Lumpur, Sydney, Brisbane, Narita, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Bahrain, Kuwait, Riyadh, Jeddah, Male and Dhaka.

The airlines had also conducted chartered flights to Guangzhou, Changsha, Kunming and Beijing to bring health supplies to Nepal.
