Mahat and Shretha win the title of Fun Tennis Tournament

Kathmandu / Jan 1: Sailesh Mahat and Sandip Shretha win the title of Doubles Fun Tennis Tournament held at Naulin Sporta Villa.

The duo defeated Sumit Mainali and Altaf Rehamamd in the straight sets of 6-4 and 6-2 for winning the title.

With the win the duo won the golden Trophy while the runner up team won the silver trophy. Hem Lama, 96-year-old veteran Tennis Player and Coach, presented the trophies the winner and runner up team.

A total of 22 teams participated in the tournament which provided appropriate environment at a time when the whole world is facing challenge due to Covid-19 pandemic. The villa, which has been organizing various international tournament said that these matches were organized as per safety parameters.
