Ruling alliance decides to hold local level poll by mid-June

Kathmandu / Jan 29: The ruling alliance has decided to hold the local level election by mid-June.

A meeting of the ruling alliance held at the Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar made a decision to this effect, according to Minister for Information and Communication Technology Gyanendra Bahadur Karki.

The meeting of the ruling parties has also suggested the government to expedite the process to bring amendment in the Local Level Election Act, 2073 BS if it deemed necessary to hold the local level election by mid-June.
