Nepal and India sign four agreements at Hyderabad House; PM Deuba requests to provide three Air routes
Kathmandu / Apr. 2: Four agreements have been signed between Nepal and India at Hyderabad House in New Delhi on Saturday during the three-day visit of Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba to India.
The agreements were signed between the delegations of the two countries in the presence of Prime Minister Deuba and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi at Hyderabad House.
Nepal and India have signed an agreement on the International Solar Alliance, technical assistance related to railways, supply of petroleum products and exchange of technology transfer between Nepal Oil Corporation and Indian Oil Corporation.
PM Deuba’s request to provide three Air routes
Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has requested his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi to provide three more air routes.
Prime Minister Deuba has demanded to provide additional air routes from Mahendranagar, Nepalgunj and Janakpur. He made the remarks while addressing a joint press conference at Hyderabad House in New Delhi.
“We have also discussed the issue of civil aviation. We have demanded more air routes to enter Nepal,” he said.
Similarly, Prime Minister Deuba has requested assistance for the operation of Bhairahawa International Airport.
