SC orders govt not to implement its decision to suspend NRB Governor Adhikari

Kathmandu / April 19: Supreme Court has issued a short-term interim order against the government’s decision to suspend Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank Maha Prasad Adhikari.

A single bench of Justice Hari Prasad Phuyal issued the order asking the government not to implement its decision to suspend Governor Adhikari.

The apex court has also asked government to furnish reasons behind its decision to suspend Governor Adhikari for next hearings.
