Construction work of West Seti expedited with priority: PM Deuba

Avinash Chaudhari / Dhangadhi, Dec. 8: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has said that the construction of the West Seti Hydropower project has been taken ahead with priority for the development and prosperity of Sudurpaschim Pradesh.

The PM said so while inaugurating on Thursday the Sudurpashim Fair held in Dhangadhi.

The PM added that the construction of other projects such as Pancheswar multipurpose project, Ranijamara-Kulariya irrigation project, and Third Mahakali irrigation projects has also been expedited.

PM Deuba expressed hope that the expo will help the presentation of local products and creations in a managed way, exchange knowledge and experiences and find out sectors of cooperation.

“The way the agricultural and industrial products are kept here for the exhibition will promote them among domestic and international consumers,” said the PM.
