EC releases HoR election schedule

Kathmandu / July 5: The Election Commission has approved the schedule for the House of Representatives (HoR) member election-2078 today. The schedule mentions the details of the for the mid-term election slated for November 12 and 19.
According to SC spokesperson Raj Kumar Shrestha, the time for registration of a political party is fixed for July 15 to July 30. The election programme for the first phase election will begin from October 7 to October 11. Similarly, the election programme for the second phase will begin on October 16 to October 22.
Similarly, the final voters’ list will be published on September 8. Likewise, programmes related to the proportional election system will start on August 18 and end on October 19.
