Pokhara’s hot air balloon adventures set to resume from September 1

Kathmandu / Aug 21: Pokhara’s hot air balloon rides are all set to recommence on September 1 following a three-month hiatus due to the monsoon season.

Balloon Nepal’s President, Bikram Bade, mentioned that the adventure entails ascending up to 6,000 feet in the sky, giving passengers breathtaking views of iconic peaks such as Mt Machhapuchhre and Mt Annapurna, the serene Fewa Lake, the impressive Pumdikot Mahadev, Sarangkot Mandredhunga, and the picturesque landscapes gracing the Pokhara Valley. In a remarkable expansion, the company, which previously operated a single balloon, is now set to launch two balloons, each navigated by skilled American and Vietnamese pilots.
