Bhoto jatra today

Lalitpur / October 11: The bhoto jatra or the display of the jewel-studded vest of Rato Machhindranath is to take place at Jawalakhel on Monday.
The chariot procession of Rato Macchindranath had stopped since the April 25 earthquake. It resumed on September 21 and reached Jawalakhel on October 9.
The chariot of Rato Macchindranath, revered as the god of good times and rain, is already receiving a large number of devotees since early this morning, according to priest Binod Bajracharya.
The displaying of the bhoto will take place with the arrival of the Head of State on Monday. RSS
