Nepal to play against Papua New Guinea

Nepali Cricket teamKathmandu, Nov 15: Nepal is set to play against Papua New Guinea on Monday in the first match of the second round under the ICC World Cricket League Championship.

The match will take place at Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The second match will be held against the same teams on Nov 18 in Papua New Guinea. Nepal is under pressure to win the matches against its competitor as Nepal had lost two games held in the first phase in Scotland.

Nepal has lost to Scotland by three runs in the first match and by nine wickets in the second.

Nepal will take the field with Captain Paras Khadka, Vice Captain Gyanendra Malla, Sompal Kami, Sharad Veswakar, Shakti Gauchan, Mahesh Chhetri, Karan KC, Prithu Banskota, Irshad Ahmed, Bikram Sob, Naresh Budhayer, Mahaboob Alam, Subash Khakurel, Anil Mandal and Basanta Regmi. RSS
