27 complaints of foreign employment

Labor, Foreign EmploymentPokhara / July 29: Some 27 complaints on foreign employment frauds have been registered during two months at the branch office of People Forum for Human Rights.

The Forum has set up a branch office in Pokhara on May 15 to provide free legal aid to the victims of foreign employment frauds

Forum Legal Officer Deependra Aryal shared that most of the victims of foreign employment frauds are being cheated by their own relatives. He also informed that the office has so far received the cases of cheating up to Rs 2 million in the name of sending people to foreign employment.

The Forum sends the complaints on cheating prepared based on the evidences presented by the victims to the Department of Foreign Employment. RSS
