Road in China blocked by swirling dust devil

March 4: A traveler on a Chinese road captured footage of traffic being brought to a halt by a dust devil swirling across the roadway.
The video, filmed Thursday, shows the whirlwind blocking a road in Jieyang, Guangdong Province.
Vehicles stop in the road to wait for the dust devil to pass, but some impatient drivers merely go around the whirlwind. Upi.com
