Prez Bhandari inquires about Dr Devkota’s health condition

President VisitKathmandu / Dec 25: President Bidya Devi Bhandari on Monday inquired about health condition of senior neurosurgeon Dr Upendra Devkota.

President Bhandari made a phone call this afternoon to enquire about the current health condition of Devkota, who is undergoing treatment in London after complications in gall bladder, shared President’s Chief Personal Secretary Bhesh Raj Adhikari.

In the telephonic conversation, Devkota said that he was diagnosed with gall bladder complication but has been recuperating now.

According to Adhikari, President Bhandari also enquired about the health condition of Devkota through Nepali Embassy in London.

Noted neurosurgeon Dr Devkota (63) is being treated at Kings College Hospital.

Lamps were illuminated at the Pashupati Temple on Sunday wishing for the speedy recovery of former minister Devkota. RSS
