Over 232 patients benefits from Bhojpur free eye camp; 32 undergo surgery

Eye articleNiroj Koirala / Bhojpur : As many as 32 patients underwent eye surgery while over 200 others received treatment in a free eye camp organised in Bhojpur district.

The Three-day eye camp — organised by Nepal Netra Jyoti Sangh (NNJS)-Bhojpur — was held in Purano Dabali, Taksar of Bhojpur Municipality from Thursday to Saturday.

The camp that saw the patients from the villages all over the district was run on the technical support of Biratnagar Eye Hospital, District Health Office, Bhojpur, and Eye Hospital Centre, Bhojpur, informed Dharmaraj Rai, at the Bhojpur NNJS.

The NNJS has been organising annual free eye camp in the district to provide quality eye treatment to the people and relieve them of expensive treatment costs. Source: The Himalayan Times
