Road Safety Programme begins in Karnali province

Kathmandu Ring RoadSurkhet / Mar 3: A “Road Safety Programme’ began here today under the campaign of Safety for Prosperity Campaign of the Karnali province.

The programme began together in all the 10 districts along with provincial capital Birendranagar, Surkhet under the auspices of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Law.

Inaugurating the programme, Chief Minister Mahendra Bahadur Shahi said no development and progress would be possible in absence of security of the people. He also appealed to all to correct their thought, conduct and practice.

Minister for Internal Affairs and Law Naresh Bhandari said the Karnali would be made a model province of the country by maintaining peace and security for prosperity.RSS
