Next 5 yrs will be remarkable time for development: PM Oli

Byapar MelaKathmandu / Mar 8: Newly appointed Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that the next five years will be a remarkable time for the development of Nepal. He claimed that the next five years will be the time of success, changes and progress.

Inaugurating the 7th International Trade Fair organised by Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) in the Capital on Thursday, PM Oli said that the government is committed to protect the private sector.

He said that the government would move ahead towards the journey of prosperity through public, private and cooperative sectors.

PM Oli, who is also the Chairman of CPN-UML, said that the government is ready to move ahead in partnership with the private sector.

Saying that the incumbent government is conscientious towards the country and people, he said, “The government is against corruption and will be the far-sighted one.”

The government will be fully centered on increasing production and creating lucrative job opportunities, he said.

Likewise, the Prime Minister was of the opinion that new technologies will be used to complete the works in a timely manner.

Saying that Nepal’s import and export business are at risk, PM Oli suggested that the production of export materials should be increased.

Similarly, PM Oli said that the tourism business could be an important source to boost economy of the country. He, however, underscored the need of tourist-friendly roads and hotels to enhance the economy.
