Minister Bista vows to take action against hospitals promoting labor exploitation of nurses

Kathmandu / May 12: Minister for Labor, Employment and Social Security Gokarna Bista has vowed to take action against the hospitals promoting labor exploitation of nurses.

Speaking at a function to mark the International Nursing Day, the minister also urged the nurses to submit the details of those hospitals which have been promoting labor exploitation of nurses.

“The government is committed to take action against the state-owned and private hospitals that even don’t provide the minimum wages and perks in line with the labor laws and regulations,” Bista said.
