‘Third Nepal Gem and Jewelry Expo-2020’ to be held in January second week

Kathmandu / Dec 31: Nepal Gem and Jewelry Association is all set to organize a two-day ‘Nepal Gem and Jewelry Expo-2020’ in the second week of January in Kathmandu.

The ‘Third Nepal Gem and Jewelry Expo’ will be held on January 10 and 11 at Hotel Soltee Crown Plaza, according to the organizer.

At a press meet on Tuesday, the organizer informed that the expo aims to promote unique cultural aspects of Nepali jewelry in the global market.

“The expo will help attract foreign technology in the sector of Nepali Gem and Jewelry and promote local jewelry in the international market,” the president of Nepal Gem and Jewelry Association Jothsana Shrestha said.

Various 40 jewelry companies will participate in the expo. Also, the organizer has planned to organize a Fashion Show of Nepali jewelry. More than 10,000 people are expected to join the expo.
