Nepal’s COVID-19 tally spikes to 191 as 57 new cases confirmed today

Kathmandu / May 12: Nepal reported 57 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday, taking the tally to 191.

According to the joint-spokesperson for the Ministry of Health and Population, Sameer Kumar Adhikari eight males from Kapilvastu district, nine men from Rupandehi, 39 other males from Parsa and a man from Bara tested positive for this deadly virus at the Kathmandu-based National Public Health Laboratory.

This is the highest number of confirmed cases in a single day.
