Improvement seen in economic sector: PM Prachanda

Kathmandu / March 31: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has said that the economy has been encouraged since the formation of the new coalition.

Addressing the meeting of central members and advisors of Madhesh Pradesh on Sunday, the PM said that the economy has been positive in the recent period.

He said that the economy moving positively up beating the industrialists. He added that the economy is out of pressure and getting momentum.

The PM informed that the traditional budget allocation process has been changed and directives to the concerned authorities are disseminated to allocate outcome-oriented budget. He said that the federal government will not get involved in the implementation of a budget of less than Rs 30 million in the coming fiscal year.

The PM said that Madesh Pradesh will get the special package in the next fiscal year budget. He said that the directive is forwarded to prepare a special package focusing on infrastructure, health, education and employment.

PM Prachanda said that the issue of loan shark victims moving forward to get fixed, the problem related to citizenship has been fixed and those involved in the fake Bhutanese refugee scam and gold smugglers have been punished.
