Nepal’s Consul general in Kolkata honoured

Kathmandu / Dec 6: Consul General of Nepal in Kolkata Eknarayan Aryal has been honoured for his contribution in promoting the Nepal-India cultural ties.

Robin Das, secretary of the Indian Photo and Cultural Lovers Welfare Foundation (IPCLWF), conferred the ‘international excellence award’ on Aryal amid a programme at the office of the Consulate General of Nepal in Kolkata, India.

The award is given to mark the birth anniversary of India’s noted politician Indira Gandhi.

Deputy Consul General Rameshwor Pokharel, consul Mohan Niraula, and Chairperson of the Nepali Public Welfare Committee Badri Bikram Thapa among others were also present in the event. RSS
