Bishow Prakash Sharma appointed as NC spokesperson

Kathmandu / Jan 9: The Prime Minister and Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba on Tuesday appointed Bishow Prakash Sharma as party’s spokesperson.
Earlier, Dilendra Prasad Badu had served as NC’s spokesperson which remained vacant after the 13th General Convention of the party.
According to PM Deuba press coordinator Govinda Pariyar, PM this afternoon appointed Sharma as NC spokesperson.
Sharma had faced defeat at the hands of leftist common candidate Ram Karki in second First-Past-The-Post elections from Jhapa-1.
