NHRCKathmandu / Oct 24: The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has complained of non-implementation of its recommendations to the government.

NHRC had recommended the government to prioritise construction of buildings for essential services as health and to make the buildings disabled-friendly.

The government was also urged to reconstruct the quake-damaged historic, religious and cultural infrastructures keeping their originality intact.

But the government failed to fully abide by the recommendation, the NHRC asserted.
