Pokhara Paltan wins by 58 runs

Pokhara Premier LeaguePokhara / Oct 26: Pokhara Paltan won the first match of the Pokhara Premier League to Biratnagar Titans by 58 runs.

Biratnagar Titans had elected to bowl first after winning the toss. Pokhara Paltan had set the target of 198 runs in 20 overs.

Sandeep Lamichhane took two wickets, while Shahab Alam took one wicket for Titans. Kushal Bhurtel 38(26), Aasif Sheikh 52(54), Ravi Inder Singh 44(27), Binod Bhandari 41(11), and Sarad Vesawakar 7(4) scored runs for Pokhara Paltan.

Pradeep Airee 10(6), Sunil Dhamala 10(8), Jitendra Thakuri 10(11), Raju Rijal 30(27), Rajesh Magar 7(11), Puspa Thapa 30(26), Jitendra Mukhiya 6(4), Sandeep Lamichhane 14(15)*, and Dipesh Shrestha 0(0)* scored runs for the Biratnagar Titans.

Mahaboob Alam, Krishna Karki, Sarad Vesawakar, Bikram Bhusal, and Rashaid Khan each took one wicket, while Lalit Rajbanshi took three wickets for the Paltans.
