7th Citizens Bank Open Tennis Competition kicks off

Kathmandu / Apr 29: The 7th edition of Citizens Bank Open Tennis Competition has kicked off in the Capital on Monday.

A total of 138 players including five international players have been taking part in the competition, which is being held at Tribhuvan Army Officers Club and Tennis Court at Dashrath Stadium.

Nic Raastrup of Denmark, Paul Martin of Spain, Scott Herringer and Walter Smith of Holland and Deonam Lama India are taking part in the competition.

The tournament will be held in ten categories including men and women singles, mix doubles and different age categories. The winner will win the cash prize of 498 thousand and five hundred rupees.
