NOC reduces petro-price by 2 rupees

Kathmandu / June 16: Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) on Sunday has revised downward prices of petroleum products effective from Sunday midnight. The state-owned petroleum monopolist decided to lower the price of petrol, diesel and kerosene by Rs 2 per liter.

With the fresh reduction, petrol will be available for Rs 108 per liter whereas diesel and kerosene will be available for Rs 96.50.

However, the price of Air Turbine Fuel (ATF) and LPG remains unchanged, according to the director and spokesperson of NOC Birendra Goit

NOC has said that the rates have been revised as per the reduction in the price of petrol in the international market.

NOC has adopted an automatic pricing system to adjust the price of petroleum products according to the international price.

Earlier, on June 5 NOC had slashed the price of petrol by Re 1. RSS
