President Bhandari admitted to Teaching hospital

Kathmandu / Oct. 8: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has been admitted to the TU teaching hospital in Maharajganj due to fever.

‘President Bhandari was admitted to the hospital for a health check-up due to problems with her health’ informed Dr Bhesharaj Adhikari, Chief Personal Secretary of the president.

“Teaching hospital is doing blood tests and other health tests. After viral fever, the president has tested whether it is dengue or not. After the report comes, we will know about the disease.” He said.

According to the Chief Personal Secretary Adhikari, President Bhandari was suffering from a cold and fever since Friday. It will be decided whether the hospital will admit continue or not based on the report that comes after the medical examination.
