‘Hello Sarkar’ expands service to 24-hour a day

Kathmandu / Sept. 3: Now onwards ‘Hello Sarkar’ which is situated in the Singha Durbar will be operated for 24 hours.

Participating in the programme, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ started the 24-hour service of Hello Sarkar on Sunday in Singha Durbar.

PM Prachanda inaugurated the expansion of the service in the three shifts. Hello Sarkar has been operating for 12 years.

During the inspection of the ‘Hello, Sarkar’ at its office in Singha Durbar’s Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, PM Prachanda inaugurated the expansion of the service in three shifts to address people’s problems.

Earlier, the service of Hello Sarkar was only limited to Nepal Telecom’s users. Now onwards, people can register their complaints through NCELL too. Similarly, people can register complaints via telephone, Facebook, Twitter, Portals, Viber, and WhatsApp among other digital mediums.
